The Skillman Foundation is committed to being open and transparent about its work. We publish an Annual Report with detailed financial and grants information. Our most recent Audited Financial Report is available here.
The Foundation's tax return, IRS Form 990, is available for viewing or downloading at Guidestar. Print copies are available upon request. Requests should be sent to our office in Detroit. Requests will be processed within 30 days. More information about IRS regulations for private foundations can be obtained from the Council on Foundations.
