The Skillman Foundation

This grant provides ongoing general operating support for the Detroit Children’s Fund (DCF) to invest in schools, students, and teachers. Grant funding will largely be directed to support the newly launched EPiC initiative (Endless Possibilities in Children and Classrooms) which provides a comprehensive suite of resources to a set of partner schools designed to improve students’ academic performance (growth and proficiency), attendance, and overall school ambiance (safety, belonging, expectations, and student/teacher relationships).
