This grant provides bridge support to Detroit Parent Network (DPN) to stabilize the operational capacity of 313Reads! so that the coalition can continue towards achieving the goal of obtaining population-level impact toward third grade reading proficiency through citywide aligned literacy practices and data sharing. Detroit Parent Network will serve as the new host and fiscal sponsor of 313Reads!.
